AND IT'S LIMITED TO SPACE JET ENTERPRISE ENTERPRISES TO EXPAND THE STORE FOR USE.

YOU'RE LOOKING INTO MOVING NEXT DOOR TO THIS LOCATION AND BEING ABLE TO, TO SUPPLY NOT ONLY A DELI FOOD IN A CONVENIENCE STORE, BUT ALSO FUEL TO THIS LOCATION AS WELL.

WE DID MOVE TO THE, UM, COUNTRY BECAUSE IT'S QUIET.

UM, AS MENTIONED EARLIER, THERE IS A PRIDE ONE-STOP AND A DOLLAR GENERAL, ALL WITHIN A HALF A MILE OF THE PROPOSED LOCATION.

WHAT IS THIS ACTUALLY GOING TO BRING? WHAT, YOU KNOW, UH, WHAT, WHAT GOOD IS IT GOING TO BRING THE COMMUNITY? THE OTHER THING IS A SEVERE FLOODING THAT

HAPPENS WITH SANDY CREEK AT LEAST FOUR TIMES A YEAR, WHERE A WATER GOES ACROSS PRIDE, BUT HE WOULD AND RALLY ROAD, HOW WAS THIS, ALL THIS CONCRETE THAT IMPACT OUR, OUR FLOODING.

WE'RE KIND OF FORGOTTEN OUT THERE.

AND I KNOW IT TOOK ME TWO, THREE YEARS TO GET CITY PARISH, TO COME, TO GET A DRAINAGE DITCH THAT IS ON THE SIDE OF MY PROPERTY TO BE, HAVE HANDLED THAT WATER.

WHERE'S THAT WATER GOING TO GO FROM THE CONCRETE WHEN THERE'S THE WATER'S FOUR FEET HIGH IN THE PASTURE ACROSS THE STREET.

THE PLANNING COMMISSION RECENTLY SUBMITTED APPLICATIONS TO THE LOUISIANA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY OR TARGETED ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENTS TO SITES ON PLANK ROAD, WHICH ARE CALLED OUT IN THE IMAGINED PLANK ROAD.

MASTER PLAN WERE SELECTED FOR PHASE ONE FUNDING OR ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENTS, AND WILL, WILL BE COMPLETED ON THESE SITES IN MID APRIL.

ALSO, THE STAFF MET WITH CATS THAT THEIR NEW DIRECTOR OF PLANNING AND PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT TO DISCUSS FUTURE BR TRANSIT ACTION ITEMS AND COMPLETE STREET INITIATIVES ALSO RESULTS

FROM THE BOULEVARD, TOWN QUESTIONNAIRE, OR BECOMING ON BECOMING A POTENTIAL LOCAL HISTORIC DISTRICT WILL BE FINALIZED LATER THIS WEEK.

AND THE FINDINGS WILL BE SHARED AT AN OPEN HOUSE WITH THE COMMUNITY IN APRIL.

UM, I'M OPEN UP TO COMMISSIONER'S COMMENTS, BUT BEFORE I DO THAT, UH, I WOULD LIKE TO, UH, UH, RECOGNIZE, UH, BLANCA TO HEDA PLANNING MANAGER OF THE SITE PLAN AND PLATTE DIVISION, WHO WAS SELECTED AS THE EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH.

BLANCA WAS RECENTLY PROMOTED TO MANAGER IN JANUARY AND IS EMBRACED THE ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

SHE HAS LEARNED MUCH MORE ABOUT THE SUBDIVISION PROCESS AND COLLABORATION WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS AND OUTSIDE AGENCIES IN HER NEW POSITION.

BLANCA IS PROACTIVE APPROACH IN HER PERFORMANCE OF DUTIES THAT MOTIVATES OTHERS.

AND I JUST WANT TO SAY AS A PERSONAL NOTE, I'VE KNOWN BLANCA FOR QUITE A NUMBER OF YEARS, AND I HAVE SEEN HER GROW.

AND THIS IS, THIS IS A WELL-DESERVED HONOR.

SO CONGRATULATIONS BLANCA AFTER THAT, ARE THERE ANY OTHER COMMISSIONER COMMENTS? UM, UH, THE PLANNING COMMISSION HAS A NEXT DOOR.

UM, IS IT AN APP OR, UM, IS THAT FOR COMMUNICATION? HOW DOES THAT WORK AND HOW DOES, HOW DOES THE NEIGHBORHOOD AT WORK? SO WE JUST USED IT FOR THE FIRST TIME WITH THE BOGART TOWN NOTIFICATIONS FOR THE QUESTIONNAIRE ON THE LOCAL HISTORIC, UM, DISTRICT DISCUSSION THERE, BUT THE CITY PARISH HAS AN OFFICIAL NEXT DOOR APP.

UM, THEY SET UP EACH DEPARTMENT.

IT'S MY UNDERSTANDING WITH PRIVILEGES TO ALSO POST ON THAT WITH, UM, THIRD AND, UH, PERMISSIONS THROUGH THE ISS DEPARTMENT.

SO WE COORDINATE THROUGH THEM, UM, AND IN AN EFFORT TO GET OUT INFORMATION TO CERTAIN NEIGHBOR, ARGUE HEAD TARGETED NEIGHBORHOODS, UM, FOR PLANNING PURPOSES WITHIN HOURS, I LIKED THAT.
