THE VENUE IS WHOLLY UNIQUE.

IT'S FAMILY FRIENDLY, IT'S WALKABLE IT'S BIKE-FRIENDLY, IT'S PET PET-FRIENDLY COMMUNITY ASSET TO ALL PEOPLE, ALL COLORS, ALL CREEDS AND ALL AGES DURING COVID.

THIS IS A PLACE OF OUTDOOR CONGREGATION WHERE AUDIENCES COULD SUPPORT LIVE MUSIC AND NAZIS PLY THEIR TRADE IN THE COMMUNITY FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT.

EVERY SINGLE BAR RESTAURANT, A NON-LOCAL BIG BOX BUSINESS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD BENEFITED FROM THE EXTRA FOOT TRAFFIC IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD.

CLIFF'S PRE AND POST MARCH 20, MARCH 23, 2020 BEER SALES OVERALL PARK HAS AND WILL CONTINUE TO PROVIDE A LIFELINE FOR OUR LIVE MUSIC COMMUNITY RAILING FROM NEARLY OVER A YEAR OF NOT BEING ABLE TO PLAY REELING FROM A YEAR OF ZERO INCOME, NOT PROMOTING THIS COMMUNITY BASED GRASSROOTS VENUE IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD IS REALLY MISSING AN OPPORTUNITY TO REZONE THIS INDUSTRIAL ZONE PROPERTY TO A NEIGHBORHOOD IMMUNITY.

WE CAN ALL ENJOY HOW CAN BATON ROUGE EVER EXPECT TO BECOME THE NEXT GREAT AMERICAN CITY.
