THESE DIGITAL PALMS ARE SUBJECT TO, UM, THE MANAGEMENT, THE OWNERSHIP OF THIS POTENTIAL YET ON ESTABLISHED HOA.

IF THIS IS POOR PERFORMING HOA, WE ARE AT RISK RIGHT NOW.

WE ARE 20 YEARS FROM NOW WHO KNOWS HOW THIS DEVELOPMENT IS GOING TO, THIS IS BAD PRACTICE.
