UH, SINCE THEN, SINCE 2019, THE, THE CITY PARISH HAS SIGNIFICANTLY IMPROVED, UM, OUR STORMWATER REGULATIONS AND DRAINAGE REQUIREMENTS.

SO THE PERMIT OFFICE AND THE SUBDIVISION ENGINEERING OFFICE BEFORE THERE'S ANY ACTIVE PERMITS ON THE PROPERTY, IF THERE'S ANY FILL THAT'S BROUGHT IN, THERE WILL BE, UH, DETAILS LOOKED AT TO, TO ENSURE THAT ADDITIONAL FLOODING, UH, IS ADDRESSED AND THAT THAT SITUATION DOES NOT, UM, DOES NOT, IS IMPROVED AND, AND ISN'T MAKING WORSE.

WORKING ALONGSIDE OUR CONSULTANTS, SHE HAS SUCCESSFULLY COORDINATED THE OPEN HOUSE THAT WILL MARK THE BEGINNING OF OUR GRANT FUNDING.

THIS EVENT WILL PROVIDE VALUABLE INFORMATION ON HOW TO CLEAN UP BROWNSFIELD FOR FUTURE REDEVELOPMENT.
