SO THAT BEING SAID, UM, I THINK THAT HAVING SOMEONE THERE TO HAVE A CONSISTENT BUSINESS OR HAVING SOMEONE THERE, A GENERAL NINE TO FIVE AND THAT INDUSTRIAL AREA WOULD HELP WITH THOSE KIND OF THINGS HAPPENING.

BECAUSE RIGHT NOW A LOT OF BUILDINGS OVER THERE ARE VACANT AND YOU HAVE HOMELESS PEOPLE IN AND OUT OF THE DIFFERENT PEOPLE PROPERTIES OVER THERE.
