SO IT JUST MAKES MORE SENSE TO BE LOCATED IN AN AREA WHERE IT'S MORE AFFORDABLE SO THAT IN THAT WAY WE COULD PASS ON THIS, THIS, THIS, UM, COST SAVINGS OVER TO THEM HAVE ANYTHING ELSE.

ALSO IN THAT AREA, BEFORE THEY WERE INTERESTED IN RENT MY BUILDING, I WENT IN AND FOUND A COUPLE PEOPLE LIVING IN THERE.

SO I FEEL THAT WHEN BUILDINGS ARE ABANDONED AND NO LIFE IS BREATHING TO 'EM, SO BY HAVING THEM THERE, IT'LL KEEP DOWN ON EVANGELISM AND HOMELESS PEOPLE ACTUALLY LIVING IN THE BUILDING.

AND IT'S NOTHING I COULD DO ABOUT IT.

I'M SCARED OF EVEN GOING IN MY OWN BUILDING, YOU KNOW, BECAUSE, UM, TWO OF THE GUYS THAT I SEE FREQUENTLY RIDING A BIKE UP AND DOWN DALLAS WAS ACTUALLY HOUSED IN MY BUILDING FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE.

SO WHEN I WENT IN TO DO, UM, UH, JUST A, A CHECK TO SEE WHAT I NEED TO DO TO GET THEM IN THERE, THEY JUMPED OUT LIKE, YOU GOTTA GO.

IT LOOKED LIKE.

SO IT WAS SCARY.

SO THAT BEING SAID, I THINK THAT BRINGING LIFE BACK TO THAT AREA, 'CAUSE IT IS REALLY HEAVY INDUSTRIAL AND UM, I THINK IT'LL KEEP DOWN A LOT OF VANDALISM AND HOMELESSNESS WITH PEOPLE ACTUALLY STAYING ON THE PROPERTY.

EVEN IN THE PROPERTY.

ONE OF Y'ALL MIXED ABOUT THE CLUB, ONE OF THE MEN WAS STAYING IN THE CLUB THAT ENDED UP IN MY BUILDING BECAUSE I'M NOT THERE.
