IN ADDITION, I OWN AND OPERATE AN EARLY CHILDCARE LEARNING INSTITUTE, WHICH HAS GROWN TO FOUR LOCATIONS AND HAS PROBABLY SERVED FAMILIES OVER 16 YEARS.
MY LATEST BUSINESS VENTURE IS THE DEVELOPMENT OF OPENING A WEDDING VENUE.
THE PURPOSE OF THE RISK REZONING REQUEST IS TO ALLOW TO VENUE TO SERVE ALCOHOL ALONGSIDE MEALS, ALLOTTING IT WITH THE STANDARDS OF NEARLY ALL OTHER WEDDING VENUES IN BATON ROUGE IN THE SURROUNDING AREAS.
UNDER THE CURRENT C2 ZONING, I'M PERMITTED TO OPERATE A WEDDING VENUE.
HOWEVER, I CANNOT SERVE ALCOHOL UNLESS ESTABLISHMENT WAS CLASSIFIED AS A RESTAURANT OR THEATER.
REZONING WOULD SIMPLY ALLOW ME TO OFFER THE SAME AMENITIES, EXPERIENCES THAT GUESTS EXPECT AT A FULL-SERVICE EVENT VENUE, NOTHING MORE, NOTHING LESS.

CHRISTIAN HAS READILY ACCEPTED ANY TASK HE HAS BEEN ASSIGNED, ASSISTED WITH PLANNERS AND KEEPS THE REVIEW PROCESS RUNNING SMOOTHLY.
