HAULERS ARE ACTUALLY FORCED TO GO ALL THE WAY TO EITHER AMITE FOR SEWAGE SLUDGE DISPOSAL AND ALL THE WAY TO NEW ORLEANS FOR GREASE TRAP DISPOSAL.

THEY'RE FORCED TO TRAVEL THE LONG DISTANCES, WHICH DRIVES UP COSTS AND UNFORTUNATELY, LEADS TO UNETHICAL SHORTCUTS.

RIGHT NOW, YOU'VE GOT PEOPLE THAT ARE DUMPING INTO YOUR MANHOLES, WHICH IS GOING STRAIGHT TO YOUR THE CITY OF BATON ROUGE, OR IT'S GOING TO THE WATERWAYS, WHICH IS POLLUTING THE WATERWAYS.

WE CHOSE THIS DELIBERATELY, THIS SITE FOR THE RURAL LOCATION WITH ALMOST NO IMMEDIATE NEIGHBORS, WHICH PROVIDE NATURAL SEPARATION, AND IT'S ACCESSIBLE ON A MAJOR CORRIDOR.

IT'S GOING TO BE LIMITED TO 10 TO 12 TRUCKS PER DAY DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS, MONDAY TO FRIDAY, WITH LIMITED, VERY LIMITED BUSINESS THAT HAPPENS ON SATURDAY.

IT WOULD BE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. SO THE EXISTING COMMERCIAL PROJECT PROPERTIES AND THE HEAVY TREE COVER ALREADY BUFFER A FEW NEARBY RESIDENCES, AND WE'RE VOLUNTARILY GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND WITH FULL FENCING WITH ADDITIONAL LANDSCAPING AN ADVANCED ODOR CONTROLS, EVEN THOUGH THE FACILITY IS DESIGNED TO BE ODORLESS.

I GUARANTEE YOU, EVERY COMPANY OUT THERE DID NOT DO THAT BECAUSE I'VE TURNED SEVERAL OF THEM IN.

WHEN I CATCH THEM DUMPING IN ONE OF MY FACILITIES.

WE MAINTAIN OVER 500 FACILITIES ACROSS THIS STATE.
