AND SO IT WAS CLEANED UP EXTREMELY WELL. I GOT THE APPROVAL OF THE LOUISIANA HEALTH DEPARTMENT.
THE PROPERTY IS A SEPTIC TANK PROPERTY. SO THE SEPTIC TANK, THAT WAS 500 GALLONS.
AND THEY TOLD ME THAT IN ORDER TO CONNECT THE TWO BUILDINGS ON THE PROPERTY, I NEEDED TO HAVE A LARGER SEPTIC TANK AND THEY RECOMMENDED 700 GALLONS. I END UP PUTTING 1200 GALLONS MORE THAN ENOUGH TO SERVE THE USES OF THE PROPERTY.
I BEAUTIFIED THE PROPERTY. I PUT A NEW ROOF ON THE PROPERTY.
I CLEANED UP THE DEBRIS ON THE PROPERTY. AND SO IT WAS AN EYESORE TO THE COMMUNITY.
AND SO SEVERAL THINGS THAT WAS DONE TO THE PROPERTY THAT BROUGHT CLARITY TO THE PROPERTY.
AND, AND I THINK THE PROPERTY IS A, IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR ME TO UTILIZE FOR AN ADU. THE PROPERTY IS LARGE ENOUGH, WIDE ENOUGH.
I'VE BROUGHT SAFETY, I'VE BROUGHT, I'VE BEAUTIFIED THE PROPERTY AND I THINK THE PROPERTY IS, IT HAS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY IN THE COMMUNITY.
