Adopting a resolution calling for the resignation of all Capital Area Transit Board members and allowing those members to reapply for the vacancies if they so choose. By: Councilman Amoroso.

Authorizing settlement of the claim of Hannon Jewelers for damages resulting from a sewer back-up in the claimant's business, in the amount of $18,932.34 which amount shall be paid from the account designated "Insurance - General Liability" (012.4630000.644100). * This matter may be discussed in executive session. Authorizing the Mayor-President to file an application and execute an agreement with MetLife Insurance Company to provide Basic and Optional Life Insurance for City-Parish Employee Benefits, effective January 1, 2014. Authorizing the Mayor-President to file an application and execute an agreement with Allstate Insurance Company to provide voluntary Universal Life Insurance for City-Parish Employee Benefits, effective January 1, 2014.
