PUBLIC HEARING/MEETING: A. Authorizing the Mayor-President, on behalf of the Library Board of Control, to enter into a lease agreement with The North American Land Company, LLC for a temporary branch library facility located in the building at 447 3rd Street, and designated as Suite A on the first floor, to provide library services for the public during the period that the current River Center Branch undergoes remediation and demolition, and the new library building is constructed. The lease is for a term of 30 months, with six extensions of thirty days each, if needed.
