PA-12-15 Health District Plan To amend the Urban Design and Neighborhoods Element of the Comprehensive Plan to adopt the Master Plan for the Baton Rouge Health District (Council Districts 11 and 12-Heck and Delgado) Planning Commission Staff Recommendation: The Planning Commission staff recommends approval considering that the creation of this Small Area is specifically called for in the narrative of the Urban Design and Neighborhoods Element and under the Action ltems of the Economic Development Element.
