Amending Chapter 20, Definition, “Record Inundation” and “Substantial Damage” of the Unified Development Code of the City of Baton Rouge and Parish of East Baton Rouge so as to exclude the August 2016 Flood from the Definition of Record Inundation and to change the percentage of Substantial damage to fifty percent of market value.
