The grant program will allow the Baton Rouge Police Department to conduct training for all East Baton Rouge Parish School System teachers related to the SAFE 365 mobile app as well as various responses that may be provided by law enforcement for various scenarios. The training is to provide teachers an opportunity to practice responses to specific scenarios, such as active shooter situations , in protected environment. By Police Chief.
