(Council District 11-Heck) Planning Commission Staff Recommendation The proposed rezoning from A1 (Single Family Residential) to UDD1 (Urban Design District One) is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan, and is compatible with adjacent zoning and development fronting on Bluebonnet Boulevard.
