(Council District 2-Banks-Daniels Planning Commission Staff Recommendation The Planning Commission staff recommends approval of this Land Use Amendment to promote economic development opportunities within the City-Parish and streamline the approval process.
TA-2-15 Amending Title 7 (Unified Development Code), Chapter 10 (Supplementary Uses) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Baton Rouge and the Parish of East Baton Rouge so as to amend and reenact Section 10.102i (Urban Design Overlay District Nine - Old Hammond Highway) Planning Commission Staff Recommendation Approval, based on input from the community, consistency with FUTUREBR, and the need to clarify UDC provisions.
